Trust

Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VIVTECH) is a strategic initiative of the Trust, SOHUM World Foundation. The trust is committed to excellence and innovation in research and development of advanced technological skill and thus producing quality graduate engineers. SOHUM Foundation is the pioneer of many sphere of academic excellence. Starting from financial institutions to nursing school to NGO, this trust has supported various societal causes.

Building Infrastructure

The state-of-art campus of VIVTECH is spread over a sprawling 40 acres of land on a picturesque and peaceful location just close to the vicinity of Bhubaneswar. The institute is probably the first 'GREEN' college of our country. With lush greenery covering the campus, students can experience a truly fulfilling learning experience. VIVTECH is concerned about the global warming issue. That's why, vehicles are not allowed inside the main campus. All the departments of VIVTECH are connected through skywalks.

The infrastructure of VIVTECH creates a perfect ambiance for honing the technological skillset and confidence level of our students. All the latest advanced technological tools have been made available to the students. All the classrooms are digitally enhanced with WiFi enabled features. The course modules are prepared as per the AICTE standards.

Apart from the course curriculum, special emphasis is given on industry specific training for which the institute is tied up with Andolasoft Inc., a US based software solution providing firm. The institute has its own placement cell to assist the students in getting placed in top-notch industrial sectors.
